Tereza has cooperated with Pramení since 2012. First as a volunteer on Tango Alchemie festival, later as a translator, subtitle editor and consultant for the film Europe: Which children matter. First Pramení project she was involved in fully (as a creative…) was a webinar about school inclusive culture Všechny děti vítány (will be launched at 2023). Graduated from Iberoamerican studies and having attended Romani studies for two years, she is deeply interested in the potential of inclusion, openess and diversity for our society.

Currently she took over the position of administrative director of Pramení and works as a project manager of the inclusive education portal My na to máme and the project Pro Ukrajinu.
